Your data may be shared with our partners and subcontractors, acting as data processors under Article 28 of the GDPR, if we engage them to perform certain tasks involving personal data processing. Please note that in such cases, we remain responsible as the data controller for the processing of your data.

Finally, data may be disclosed to government authorities when required by law.

We do not use your data for processing involving automated decision-making.

  • Right to restriction of processing: you may request restricted processing of your data under Article 18 GDPR;

  • Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interests (Article 21(1) GDPR);

  • Right to data portability: you may request that your data be provided to you or another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR);

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time, and data processed on the basis of that consent will no longer be used.
